As an Organization Enablement Specialist (Communications), you will drive successful business transformation by helping team members, leaders, and suppliers understand, embrace, and adopt new ways of working. Through strategic communications, digital media, storytelling, video production, and change management, you will create compelling experiences that build awareness, readiness, engagement, and sustained adoption of business, process, and technology changes.

Key Responsibilities

Change Communications & Adoption

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support large-scale digital transformation, process standardization, organizational change, and technology adoption initiatives.
• Create change narratives that clearly explain what is changing, why it matters, and how individuals will be impacted.
• Drive awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption through targeted communication campaigns and reinforcement activities.

Digital Media & Content Development

• Create engaging multimedia content including videos, animations, infographics, newsletters, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Apply storytelling, visual design, and new media techniques to simplify complex topics and drive understanding.
• Maintain communication assets, content calendars, and publishing schedules across multiple channels.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business leaders, project teams, SMEs, and change practitioners to align communication and adoption strategies.
• Develop persona-based messaging that resonates with different stakeholder groups.
• Support leadership communications, town halls, roadshows, and engagement activities.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor communication effectiveness, engagement, and adoption metrics.
• Use audience insights and feedback to improve future communication and change strategies.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance content creation and audience experiences.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, digital media, marketing communications, or related fields.

Experience creating communication campaigns, video content, visual storytelling, and multimedia assets.

Strong writing, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and change communication skills.

Proficiency in digital content creation, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled communication technologies.
