Outdoor Media & Brand/IP Licensing

RM5,000 – RM5,900 Basic + Performance Commission

We are expanding a new business wing across Outdoor Media and Brand/IP Licensing. This role is for someone who enjoys meeting clients, developing new business and managing projects from opportunity to execution. You don’t need prior licensing experience we will provide industry exposure and training.

What You’ll Do

• Develop New Business - identify new clients and opportunities across outdoor media, brand collaborations and IP licensing.
• Meet & Service Clients - understand client needs, present solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare & Follow Up Proposals - handle proposals, quotations, presentations and follow opportunities towards closing.
• Manage Outdoor Media Projects - coordinate billboard booking, artwork, production, installation and campaign delivery.
• Support Brand & IP Licensing Projects - assist with IP recommendations, client presentations, commercial follow-up and project coordination.
• Grow Existing Accounts - identify renewals, upselling and new opportunities from existing clients.
• Coordinate Execution - work closely with internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Job Requirements:

Who We’re Looking For

• Around 2–4 years of working experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Account Servicing, Advertising, Media, Events or other client-facing roles.
• Comfortable with meeting clients, presenting, negotiating and following up sales opportunities.
• Strong in communication, coordination and project follow-through.
• Commercially minded and willing to work towards sales targets.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Interest in brands, advertising, entertainment, characters and pop culture is a plus.
• Outdoor media or IP licensing experience is an advantage, but not required.
