Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Beauty, Skincare, and FMCG industry
Position Title: Warehouse Assistant/ Storekeeper
Working Location: Ubi (9 minutes walking distance from nearest MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, receive, check, load, and unload goods accurately.
Maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies or defects.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
Use BigSeller for warehouse, inventory, and order tasks.
Maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Support basic customer service for logistics and order enquiries.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, fulfilment, or inventory experience is preferred.
Familiarity with BigSeller, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopline, or Upmesh is an advantage.
Able to pick, pack, check, and organise goods accurately.
Detail-oriented with basic computer and coordination skills.
Responsible and able to support daily warehouse operations.
