About the Role

Our client is a Singapore-based renovation contractor looking for an organised and responsible Administrator / Admin & HR Executive to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, manage documentation and contracts, and assist with project costing and coordination. Candidates with HR administration experience will be given preference, although candidates with strong general administrative experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative and office support duties

Prepare, organize and maintain company paperwork and documentation

Assist with the preparation and management of contracts

Support project costing and related administrative work

Maintain proper filing and records

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required

Provide administrative support to project and management teams

Assist with basic HR and employee administration

Support other general administrative duties as assigned

Occasionally visit project sites to liaise with vendors, suppliers or other relevant parties

Job Requirements

Diploma or relevant qualification preferred

1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, HR administration or a similar role

Candidates with Admin & HR experience will have an added advantage

Good organizational and coordination skills

Comfortable handling paperwork, contracts and confidential documents

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently

Comfortable working in an SME environment

Willing to travel to project sites occasionally when required
