A Construction Planning Manager's job involves
overseeing projects from planning to completion, ensuring they're on time, within budget, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include developing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with architects and engineers, managing subcontractors and vendors, monitoring site activities and risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders. They are also responsible for the selection of materials and equipment and ensuring compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
