Responsibilities

• Assist in Administration & Operations of Educational Centre
• Manage student enrollments (enquiries, assessments, registration) and exams

Establish excellent rapport with parents and children

• Assist to organise events, concerts and open houses
• Meet Service levels and KPIs defined by the Company
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• At least with "O" levels and diploma and above qualification.
• Computer Literacy, Customer Oriented
• Result and Customer-oriented with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Five days work per week. Applicants must be willing to work retail hours (both weekends and evenings) with two weekdays off per week.
