Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients for car rental and leasing solutions, handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewal.

Responsibilities

Promote car rental services to corporate and individual clients to increase market reach

Identify and secure new customers through cold calling, telemarketing, networking, and referrals to expand client base

Maintain and service existing customer accounts to ensure retention and encourage repeat business

Achieve sales targets and revenue KPIs by converting leads into confirmed bookings or contracts

Manage customer queries and requirements by delivering sales presentations, recommending suitable fleet options, and coordinating test drives

Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, costing, and reports while maintaining healthy debtor ageing records

Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate vehicle availability, delivery, collection, and service issues

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to inform and support sales strategies

Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, including contracts and credit terms

Build and sustain strong long-term customer relationships to support business growth

Required competencies and certifications

Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (essential for test-driving and client visits)

Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel and Word to perform administrative tasks

Self-motivated and results-driven to meet sales targets independently and within a team

Strong negotiation and customer service skills to close sales and maintain client satisfaction

Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools to manage customer data and sales tracking (advantageous)

Prior sales experience to enhance client acquisition and retention efforts (advantageous)
