Position Summary

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing manufacturing systems to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and global stakeholders to deliver system support, automation initiatives, digital transformation projects, and data-driven solutions. Based on the types of manufacturing systems, reporting, automation, and application activities currently performed within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain manufacturing systems and business applications to ensure operational continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while coordinating with business users and technical teams.
• Participate in system implementation, migration, enhancement, and sustainment activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support testing, validation, documentation, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and change management requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Experience supporting manufacturing systems or enterprise applications.
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, or production support activities.
• Experience in reporting, analytics, or automation projects.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
