About The Job.

As an Assistant Production Manager, you will lead daily manufacturing operations and process engineering initiatives to ensure optimum productivity and output quality.

• Drive cost-effective manufacturing operations across production and process engineering functions.
• Lead executive and operative team members while supervising vendor and subcontractor activities on site.
• Implement quality tools and continuous improvement frameworks to elevate operational productivity.
• Maintain oversight of consigned components, equipment, and tooling to guarantee production readiness.
• Partner with the quality lead to coordinate and fulfill ISO9001 compliance standards.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership in batch assembly and process engineering.
• Strong practical knowledge of quality and productivity improvement methodologies.
• Background within the semiconductor industry serves as an advantage.
• Strong professional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
