Translead is a fast-growing, Pre-IPO SaaS startup. Our flagship product, Translead CRM, is a premier sales DX solution designed to "build winning sales teams." Launched in October 2023, we are experiencing explosive market adoption, successfully winning clients over from global competitors. Now, we are building our global footprint—and Malaysia is our next big stage!

About the Role

Working directly from our office, you will drive local business expansion from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Hunt & Close: Drive new B2B business development targeting local companies in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Build the Pipeline: Generate leads and create sales opportunities through exhibitions, referrals, and outbound activities.
• End-to-End Sales: Identify customer pain points, pitch our cutting-edge SaaS solutions, and close deals.
• Grow the Account: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team for follow-ups and driving upsell initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of proven sales or B2B business development experience.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin (Japanese is NOT required!).
• Willingness to travel locally within Malaysia and internationally to Singapore.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, 100% on-site office environment.

Pay range and compensation package

Top-Tier Compensation: RM 7,000 – RM 10,000 monthly basic salary for just 2+ years of experience! Double Rewards: Performance bonuses and salary reviews TWICE a year (April & October). Great Perks: RM 300 Fixed Transport Allowance + Comprehensive Medical Card (Hospitalization).
