Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Stulang Bahru. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining HR records, preparing employment contracts, coordinating training and development activities, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Executive will also handle employee relations, assist with HR policies and compliance, and collaborate with management to support workforce planning and organizational development. The role requires close coordination with various departments to ensure a positive employee experience and alignment with company culture and values.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR administration, record keeping, and HRIS or HR-related software.
• Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, performance management support, and policy implementation.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in customer service or outsourcing environments, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Stulang Bahru and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
