About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for our short-term rental and property management business. This role suits someone who is highly reliable, meticulously detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of day-to-day finance operations and platform payouts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing

• Reconcile payouts and handle billing for Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Airbnb, Agoda, etc.

• Prepare journals, reconciliations, and management reports

• Manage billing, receipts, and AR ageing

• Process supplier/vendor invoices, payments, and AP reconciliations (e.g., cleaning services, maintenance)

• Perform bank reconciliations and routine treasury tasks

• Support simple consolidation for group reporting

• Prepare tax schedules and assist tax agents

• Assist with SST data extraction and submissions

• Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors

• Use AutoCount Accounting System for postings and reporting

About you

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance

• 3–5 years relevant experience relevant experience (experience in hospitality or property management is a plus)

• Experience with AutoCount Accounting System preferred

• Able to handle full set with minimal supervision

• Exposure to simple consolidation, tax, SST & e-invoicing is an advantage

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure data accuracy
