Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures and SLAs.
• Proactive and results-oriented.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and escalations.
• Transfer complex cases to Tier 2.
• Track and report system issues.
• Follow SLA, KPIs, and work schedules.
• Keep updated on system changes.
• Support process documentation and new tasks as required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
