岗位职责

Duties andResponsibilities:
  • Computer and payroll system, IRAS, IR21, WICA, Security bond, InsurancePremiums.
WPOL, EPOL, immemorial and MOM related issues.

  • Uphold safety rules and review of safety breaches of workers.
  • Attend to and manage worker needs, complains, feedback on a daily basiswhenever necessary.
  • Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors forexternal training programs
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures/ SOP to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Assist in the driving/implementation of new HR initiatives
  • Preparation of HR Management Reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR related jobs
