About the Roles

Join as a Junior Events Project Coordinator based in the North-East, supporting a range of events and project activities. This permanent role follows a Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm schedule and offers a basic salary of up to $3,000, plus commission and performance bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate event and project activities with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Follow up on schedules, quotations, approvals, and project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic presentation materials.
• Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
• Liaise with vendors on event participation and placements.
• Handle enquiries and coordination for event lighting projects.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and project planning sessions.
• Support event setups, festive lighting installations, and on-site activities.
• Maintain project schedules, invoices, documents, and records.
• Work closely with operations and project teams to support smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Organised, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace is advantageous.
• Comfortable travelling to project sites when required.
• No prior event experience is required; training and guidance will be provided.
