Roles & Responsibilities
Assess clients' skin types, concerns, and aesthetic goals to recommend appropriate treatments and products
Perform professional beauty services including facials, advanced skincare treatments
Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, workstations, and treatment rooms to comply with health and safety regulations
Educate clients on skincare and beauty maintenance to recommend retail products that complement their treatments
Assist with booking appointments, greeting clients, managing inventory of beauty supplies, and maintaining accurate client records
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and high satisfaction rates
Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, client confidentiality, and a calming environment
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks required for treatments
Requirements
With or Without experience - Candidates with experience will be an advantage
Able to work on weekends and PH
Good communication skills and cheerful personality
