This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in Jurong.
Responsibilities
Admin and coordination support to project management teams.
Day to day programme operations.
Ensure smooth execution of programme activities.
Supporting monthly budget control reviews and annual finance reporting.
Coordinate meetings, scheduling, preparation of materials, minute taking, and follow up of action items.
General admin duties (calendar management, overseas trip planning, logistics support for meetings and teleconferences, and document filing).
Documentation management and systematic filing of records.
Become a liaison to ensure smooth office and programme operations.
Requirements
At least a Diploma holder in a related discipline.
2 years of experience relating to project management/coordination.
