5.5 days workweek (alternate Saturday basis)

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.

Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers, including quotation comparison and price negotiation.

Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers, Logistics and Warehouse teams.

Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information and ERP system updates, while supporting internal departments on purchasing matters.
