Role Description

This full-time Project Manager role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects

that support the deployment and optimization of Necora’s solutions within data-center

environments. The Project Manager will coordinate project plans, timelines, and resources,

ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with stakeholder expectations. Daily tasks

include managing communication with internal teams and external partners, tracking progress

and risks, organizing meetings, and maintaining clear documentation. The role also involves

monitoring project performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting continuous

alignment between product, operations, and customer requirements. This position requires a

proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives

in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

Experience as an Expeditor and with expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of project

components.

Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify compliance with project specifications and quality

standards.

Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, resources, and dependencies across

multiple locations.

Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in data centers, infrastructure, or technology projects is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, or

equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, or similar

frameworks).
