The Job

• Design and implement integrated AV-IT solutions;

• Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions;

• Study and source auxiliary equipment's from other local suppliers and overseas suppliers for our projects;

• Lead the maintenance team to handle aftersales support, technical support, diagnostic process repair service;

• Balance of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance to setup tailored SLA and RMA for maximizing our returns;

• Participate in maintenance service tender preparations, site visits and site meetings, documentation, system commissioning for large scale of Government;

• Provide new product / technical information and maintain good working relationships with personnel from the maintenance contracts;

• Participate in exhibitions & seminars to demonstrate our products;

• Participate in daily meetings to report project status and provide guidance to sales teams;

• Support internal staff in computer applications, with use CAD program to support our projects on system drawings;

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Technical Manager.

The Person

• Higher Diploma or above holder, major in Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managerial level in AV systems integration or related field. Strong background in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously;

• Solid understanding of IT solutions - networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS), IP-based AV (AV over IP, Dante, NDI, SRT), cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles;

• Programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Lua for control systems) is advantageous;

• Experience in industries such as corporate, education, government, broadcast;

• Hands-on electronics experience is a plus;

• Fluent in spoken and written in Cantonese / English & Putonghua.
