About the role

Oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinating on-site resources to ensure production schedules are met. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain a high level of product quality. Manage personnel functions within the production team, including recruitment, training, daily work scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinating on-site resources to ensure production schedules are met

• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain a high level of product quality

• Manage personnel functions within the production team, including recruitment, training, daily work scheduling, and performance evaluation

• Review and approve raw materials and production-related documentation; assist the Production Manager in analyzing performance metrics and proposing continuous improvement initiatives

• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S and TPM; utilize Lean tools to identify issues and implement effective solutions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP environment, with leadership skills

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, such as solid dosage, oral liquids, ointments, etc.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong team management abilities

• Adaptable and proactive problem-solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
