Responsibilities:

• Develop and support tender strategies with AFF HQ and regional teams.

• Lead and coordinate Global Key Account (GKA) tender processes.

• Oversee end‑to‑end tender execution, review cycles, and submission quality.

• Lead creation and maintenance of Local Charges and Tender Tariff frameworks.

• Assess pricing performance and provide analytical insights for escalated decisions.

• Manage tender timelines, priorities, and ensure all deadlines are met.

• Oversee Tender Tool operations, configuration, user support, and vendor follow‑ups.

• Maintain TMi (PBI) system accuracy, design updates, and reporting consistency.

• Support Industry Vertical (IV) teams through periodic reviews and alignment on tender solutions.

• Coach and guide team members, ensuring consistent ways of working and knowledge sharing.
  

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.

• 4+ years of experience in Tender Management or similar roles in the logistics / freight forwarding industry, currently holding the capacity of Assistant Manager may also be considered.

• Strong experience in tender management, pricing, and sales support are MUST.

• Foundational knowledge of the air freight industry.

• Excellent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

• A strong team player with the ability to work independently.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and execution skills.
