Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to manage and deliver complex IT projects across multiple Agile teams. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, risk and budget management, and ensuring successful adoption of Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects within scope, budget and timelines.
• Lead and coordinate multiple Scrum/Agile teams and workstreams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective adoption of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, iteration throughput, team performance and delivery health.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, changes and escalations.
• Manage project budget, cost, resources and schedules.
• Work closely with senior management, project sponsors, business, IT, operations and vendors.
• Provide regular project status reports, dashboards and presentations to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve team impediments and support troubled projects/teams.
• Drive technical teams to deliver planned business value and project objectives.
• Ensure project execution follows organizational policies and governance.
• Lead project evaluations and completion documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
