Handle and coordinate work pass and employment-related applications through the MOM portal.
Prepare, check and submit required supporting documents.
Monitor application status, renewals, cancellations and related transactions.
Maintain accurate records for candidates, employees and employers.
Ensure all applications and documentation are properly filed and updated.
Keep updated on MOM rules, regulations and work pass requirements.
Coordinate with employers, candidates and relevant parties on application matters.
Handle enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
Assist management with daily employment agency operations and administrative matters.
Ensure all work is carried out accurately, responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements.
