Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations

Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carry out Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance works

Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdown and fault to determine the causes for prevention of future occurrence

Troubleshoot and repair faults in building systems

Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability

Ensure contractors on defect rectification after servicing

Set-up and operate AV system in the Auditorium, atrium and AV Room

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering/ Building Services or related fields

minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Building and Facilities maintenance

Experience in AV system will be an advantage

Able to start work within a short notice

Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits

Work Schedule: 6-day work week
