Provide administrative support to the Project Team and ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.
- Prepare, organise and maintain project documents, records and correspondence
- Assist in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, letters, memos and other documentation
- Manage and update project filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate and follow up with project team, subcontractors, suppliers and other relevant parties
- Assist in monitoring project documents, submissions, approvals and deadlines
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices and other project-related documents when required
- Assist with project cost tracking, payment documentation and basic administrative records
- Maintain records of site attendance, manpower, material deliveries and other project-related information
- Arrange meetings, site visits and appointments for the Project Team
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to projects
- Able to provide reporting to management using dashboard reporting
- Experience in tendering process
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Construction Management or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project administration, construction administration or a similar role is preferred
- Fresh graduates with relevant experience/internship are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Good documentation, filing and organisational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and responsible in handling project documents
- Experience in the construction/property industry will be an advantage
- Working hours is 5.5 per week
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
