Job Description:
Monitor and maintain records of employees’ leave and medical certificate (MC) usage, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Track and maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and follow-up matters.
Provide administrative support for new employee onboarding and staff offboarding, including documentation and coordination.
Coordinate training arrangements, attendance, documentation, and maintain updated training records.
Conduct regular check-ins with new officers to monitor their adjustment and progress, and escalate any concerns where necessary.
Provide support on day-to-day HR and employee-related administrative matters and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience
Minimum Nitec qualification
Ability to coordinate training, attendance, and training records
Good administrative and record-keeping skills
Comfortable conducting new employee check-ins and escalating concerns
Able to handle day-to-day HR and employee-related matters
