Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

· Identify business opportunities and contribute ideas to drive company growth.

· Plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.

· Understand clients' goals and recommend suitable business solutions.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

· Analyse campaign or business performance and recommend improvements.

· Participate in professional training, coaching sessions and career development programmes.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

· Self-driven, organised and able to work independently.

· Previous experience is an advantage but not required as comprehensive training is provided.
