Role overview

This role supports the delivery of high-quality outcomes within a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to plan, prioritise and complete tasks to agreed standards, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. You will be expected to communicate clearly, manage competing deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day activities in line with team objectives, service levels and quality standards.
• Plan and organise workload, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reports using appropriate systems and tools.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety, data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve queries and provide a consistent, professional service.

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Competent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and relevant systems.
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
• Problem-solving mindset with sound judgement and a proactive approach.
