Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Monitor production processes and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Perform basic machine checks and report any abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
• Assist in machine setup, material loading, and product handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations at the workplace.
• Complete production records and related documentation accurately.
• Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
