岗位职责

Prepare detailed technical drawings based on approved designs, specifications, and project requirements
Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, specifications, and other technical information
Convert sketches, concepts, and design information into accurate technical drawings
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and other building drawings
Prepare architectural, structural, and civil drawings as required for building projects
Use AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit to create, modify, update, and maintain digital drawings
Apply appropriate dimensions, scales, symbols, line weights, annotations, and drafting standards
Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, civil, and other project requirements
Update drawings to reflect design changes, engineering revisions, and construction requirements
Revise drawings based on instructions and feedback from architects, engineers, clients, and project teams
Prepare drawing sets and technical documentation for project, construction, and permit submissions
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and industry drafting standards
Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, consistency, dimensions, and potential drafting errors
Perform quality checks before drawings are issued for construction, approval, or further review
Maintain organized drawing files, revision records, and project documentation in accordance with project requirements
