岗位职责

Position: Chef

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare soups, broths, sauces, sambal, and seasoning according to established recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
  • Manage food inventory and ordering of ingredients.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with Singapore food hygiene standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen assistants and junior cooks.
Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or relevant culinary position.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore local cuisine and flavor profiles.
  • Experience in preparation of noodle stocks, gravies, and traditional sauces.
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hawker-style or restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge of Singapore local dishes and heritage recipes.
  • Ability to develop new recipes while maintaining authentic local flavors.
