We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organized Solutions Consultant to join our team! Your role will be critical in helping expand our foothold in the region. We provide diverse exposure and the experience to work with top regional companies like PropertyGuru, Manulife, Garena, IOI Property Group and more!

Responsibilities:

· Collect and analyze HR system requirements based on business needs from clients in APJ region.

· Setup and configure HR Software modules according to gathered requirements (Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Core HR)

· Plan, track, and coordinate projects involving a range of different stakeholders and systems

· Carry out quality assurance activities as part of the HR system implementation project deliverables

What we’re looking for:

· Fluent in Thai and English, with strong business communication skills in both languages.

· Based in Malaysia, comfortable working in a hybrid environment and willing to travel for client engagements when required.

· Preferable to have 1 to 3 years working experience in an enterprise HRIS or HCM. Fresh graduates are welcomed

· Bachelor's degree in human resource, information systems, economics, analytics related field are welcomed

· Able to communicate clearly and simplify requirements into simple solutions

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

· Excellent client management skills and prior experience in a client-facing role

· Relevant experience in SaaS

Nice to have:

· Experience in working with commercial-grade HCM or Talent Management Suites (e.g SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is a bonus

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
