Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s beauty, slimming, wellness services and products.
• Develop marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, outlet traffic and sales revenue.
• Manage the Company’s social media platforms and maintain an active and consistent online presence.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including social media posts, promotional materials, advertisements, EDMs and other marketing communications.
• Work with designers, agencies, influencers, vendors and other external partners on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across appropriate online channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer response and marketing effectiveness and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate outlet promotions, festive campaigns, product launches, roadshows and other marketing events.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to develop promotions that support outlet sales targets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities and new marketing opportunities.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, price lists, promotional information and digital content.
• Support customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, reactivation and retention campaigns.
• Coordinate collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities with landlords, malls, business partners and other organisations.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
• Ensure marketing materials and communications are consistent with the Company’s branding and corporate identity.
• Ensure promotional claims and marketing communications comply with applicable Company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience; candidates with relevant internship or strong portfolio experience may also be considered.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, retail, lifestyle, FMCG or service industry would be advantageous.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant digital channels.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, social media marketing, content creation and campaign management.
• Basic knowledge of design/content tools such as Canva and video-editing applications would be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative with a good understanding of consumer behaviour and current social media trends.
• Commercially minded and able to develop marketing initiatives that contribute to sales and customer acquisition.
• Good organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Sales, Operations and outlet teams.
• Willing to occasionally support events, roadshows or promotional activities outside normal working hours when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing/digital applications.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
