Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Lead and monitor production operators and technicians during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to SOP, safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor productivity, yield, quality and manpower performance.
• Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Conduct shift handover and provide timely updates on production status and issues.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and attendance management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and relevant documentation.
• Coach, train and develop team members to improve performance and work discipline.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor or MNC environment.
• Experience in supervising operators or production teams.
• Willing to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English.

Preferred

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics or high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production KPI, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing a large production team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
