About the role

This is a warehouse operations role supporting online retail logistics. You will manage stock handling, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations for an e-commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Stock shelving and inventory counting

• Order picking, packing, and dispatch

• General online warehouse operations and follow-up

• Computer printing of orders and labels

• Assist colleagues with dispatch work

• Ensure operational efficiency targets are met

• Basic warehouse documentation

• Assist with online shop backend tasks

About you

• Three or more years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience

• Good communication skills

• Accuracy and efficiency in work

• High sense of responsibility

• Proactive approach

• Punctuality and courtesy

• Basic document handling knowledge

• Strong learning and adaptability skills
