Join Advanced VetCare Veterinary Centre as a Veterinary Receptionist to deliver excellent client service and support smooth clinic operations in a full-time role based in Bedok.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally to create a welcoming clinic atmosphere
• Manage client check-ins efficiently to ensure smooth appointment flow
• Schedule appointments accurately to optimize veterinary team availability
• Process payments promptly and accurately to maintain financial records
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries clearly and helpfully
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and client information for effective case management
• Assist with administrative tasks to support daily veterinary operations
• Uphold high customer service standards to contribute to a positive clinic environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or veterinary settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional client care
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to manage clinic tasks effectively
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly
