We are a floral lifestyle brand looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to support our digital marketing, e-commerce and campaign activities.

Responsibilities:
Process and follow up shop, online, phone, and email purchase orders;

Respond to client inquiries, provide product information (eg. colour, message card), and address any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner;

Issue invoices, verify payment details, and track financial records;

Update customer databases and maintain POS/CRM data integrity;

Collaborate with internal departments, such as Florist workshop, purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Compile monthly sales performance reports and metrics to management;

Maintenance of customer and catalogue lists and update the above systems;

Answer customers’ inquiries and resolve basic post-sales issues;

Requirements:
2- 3 years of experience in sales admin, marketing or customer services;

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders;

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP system;

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation, order processing and data;
