is looking for an organised and detail-oriented
Human Resources Assistant
to support our Senior HR Manager. This is primarily an administrative role covering a broad range of HR operations and office support functions across our group of restaurant brands. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a well-rounded foundation in HR — training will be provided.
What You'll Do
Draft company letters, including promotion letters, confirmation letters, dismissal letters, and other HR correspondence
Create and maintain employee profiles in our HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
Track and arrange courses for employees, such as Food Hygiene and Safety certification
Assist in processing and settling WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) claims
Support IRAS tax-related submissions and administration
Manage basic office IT needs such as printer setup
Maintain the office pantry and general office upkeep
Support the Senior HR Manager with other ad-hoc administrative and HR-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information
Good written communication skills, particularly for drafting formal letters
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus but not required
Able to multitask and manage various administrative responsibilities
A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude — no prior HR experience required, as training will be provided
Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role is an advantage
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm
Mondays are work-from-anywhere
