About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to joinour finance team. The ideal candidatewill support the day-to-day accounting operations and assist with financialreporting, reconciliations, and compliance matters. This role provides anexcellent opportunity to gain exposure to a full spectrum of accountingfunctions and develop professionally within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in maintaining full setsof accounts, including GL,AR, AP, and fixed assets.

·      Prepare accounting schedules,journal entries, and supporting documentation for month-end closing.

·      Perform bank reconciliationsand account reconciliations on a timely basis.

·      Process vendor invoices,employee expense claims, and customer receipts.

·      Assist in the preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·      Support GST filings, corporatetax matters, and statutory compliance requirements.

·      Assist in the annual auditprocess by preparing audit schedules and supporting documents.

·      Maintain proper accountingrecords and filing systems.

·      Support inventory counts andfixed asset verification exercises when required.

·      Perform ad-hoc finance andadministrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
