Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with company and project procedures.
• Register, track, distribute, and archive drawings, technical documents, correspondence, submissions, and approvals.
• Maintain document registers, transmittals, revision records, and document status reports.
• Monitor document submissions, reviews, approvals, and overdue actions.
• Ensure only the latest approved documents are available to project teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Commercial, Consultants, Contractors, and Clients.
• Support project audits, document close-out, and final handover documentation.
• Manage documents through EDMS/project platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar systems.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 3+ years of document control experience, preferably in construction/EPC/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in an MNC or large-scale construction project is an advantage.
