Job Scope

• Receive, check, and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and other supporting documents.
• Perform accurate data entry of transactions into the accounting system.
• Maintain and update Accounts Payable records and supplier accounts.
• Prepare payment requests, payment vouchers, and supporting documents for approval.
• Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely payment to avoid overdue charges or penalties.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all Accounts Payable records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of Accounts Payable reports.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and payment verification when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by leader

Requirements

• Age 18 to 30
• Minimum SPM/STPM and above
• Diploma in Accounting, or related field
• Computer literate, Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Power Point

Working hour

• 8.00am ~ 6.00pm (Monday ~ Friday)
• Saturday (optional)

• Skudai, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
