Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities on production planning as prepared by the superior.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to complete their daily tasks.
• Prepares reports about production progress
• Monitor, review, report and improve daily shift performance
• To overviews the shift operation and discipline of production floor
• To solve technical problem and emergency cases
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Able to work shift duties
• Experience in supervisory is preferred
• Required Skill(s): Communication, Leadership, Independent, Supervision, Problem Solvin

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
