Key Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in managing daily boutique operations.
• Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and individual staff productivity.
• Assist with staff scheduling, coaching and daily task allocation.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and product display.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movements and stock accuracy.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Support sales campaigns, events and other retail initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is highly preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior sales role.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
