Operate and set up CNC milling machines according to production requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical drawings, and specifications.

Set up tools, fixtures, workpieces, and machine parameters.

Perform CNC milling operations to produce precision metal components.

Carry out basic programming, editing, and adjustments of CNC programs when required.

Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ensure products meet the required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.

Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.

Troubleshoot basic machining and production issues.

Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.

Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a CNC Miller or CNC Machinist.
• Experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Familiar with cutting tools, machining processes, and measuring instruments.
• Able to perform machine setup and tool changes.
• CNC programming experience is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
