Job Summary

Join HAPPYWIZ as an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily playground operations, lead staff, manage customer interactions, and ensure a safe, clean environment for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager in executing daily playground operations to maintain smooth and efficient service
• Supervise and coordinate staff duties to optimize team performance and support ongoing training initiatives
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, manage bookings, and address feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support the planning and execution of birthday parties and group events to deliver memorable experiences
• Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain cleanliness, and perform equipment checks to ensure a secure environment
• Manage cashier operations, prepare daily reports, and control stock levels to support business accuracy and inventory management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, or indoor playground operations to effectively manage playground activities
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills to engage customers and lead teams effectively
• Responsible, proactive attitude with comfort working with children and families to foster a positive environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs
