• To coordinate on all outgoing and incoming of materials to branch yard.
• Perform inspection, and physical count on materials to quantify against delivery documents both outgoing and incoming.
• To maintain stock card and tagged or inventory label for material identification.
• Arrange materials according to prescribed inventory system.
• Maintain stock card for all materials.
• To organize yard to store for easy accessibility of materials and inventory tracking.
• Notifying relevance department or person upon receiving or arrival of material to store.
• Investigating on any discrepancies, damaged or missing materials and report back to branch manager.
• To maintain service centre for damage materials and maintain records on disposal of scrap materials.
• Liaising with branch manager and project team on all material requirement for project in advance.
• To liaise with purchasing department on new/spare materials requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
