Benefits:
Basic Salary + Fix Allowance up to $4500

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure and maintain network and security solutions at customer sites
Deploy and manage firewalls, VPN, EDR and other security solutions
Perform network/security migration, upgrades and troubleshooting
Provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer incidents
Conduct system health checks, security assessments and configuration reviews
Liaise with customers, vendors and distributors for technical support and escalation
Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams and implementation plans
Support POC, UAT, deployment and project handover activities
Conduct customer knowledge-transfer and technical training when required
Provide standby/after-hours support for critical project activities when required
Requirements:
Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Microsoft Security or CrowdStrike is an advantage
Hands-on experience with firewall deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
