· Experience in reviewing, validating, and processing data with high accuracy.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

· Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and service standards.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Key responsibilities

· Review and assess system-generated alerts based on established guidelines and criteria.

· Conduct preliminary checks and validation to identify potential false positives or genuine cases requiring further review.

· Ensure alerts are accurately documented, classified, and escalated to L2 teams where necessary.

· Maintain complete and accurate records of alert assessments and actions taken.

· Support reporting, tracking, and monitoring of alert volumes and trends.

· Collaborate with operational, compliance, and business teams to ensure timely alert resolution.
