Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily Import/ Export documentation / listing.
• Ensuring all shipping and receiving documents completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
• Preparing bills and invoices.
• Perform any other general administration duties from time to time.
• Preparing report for submission to authority / management review.
• Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
• Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transportation.
• Work location at Sungai Jawi, Penang.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
